Blueberry ice cream with sour cream

Sour cream can be replaced with whipped heavy cream. At the end of the season, I am sharing with you a wonderful recipe for blueberry ice cream with sour cream. This is a real delicacy with a minimum of ingredients. In addition to blueberries, you can use any other berries. In the near future I want to try making this from lingonberries and cranberries.

Grind blueberries in a blender into puree. To make the ice cream smoother and more uniform, without seeds, you can rub the puree through a sieve. I didn’t do this and didn’t regret it.

Add sour cream and sugar to blueberry puree.

Pour the resulting mass into a container and place in the freezer for 2 hours. After 2 hours, beat the blueberry mixture again with a blender and put it in the refrigerator again for 1 hour. After an hour, repeat the churning. Place the finished ice cream in bowls and serve.
