I’ve been looking for a recipe like this for a long time; children eat regular bread without much appetite. I have already tried baking bread according to different recipes, but I always wanted something new and unusual. Banana bread is not only tasty and aromatic, it can be stored for several days. And of course, skills and craftsmanship will determine the taste of the finished product; a lot comes, of course, with experience. Thanks for the recipe.

Thanks for the great recipe, with detailed photos. I want something simple, light and tasty, and this banana bread is exactly it. With fermented baked milk or kefir, late on Saturday morning, or with a cup of coffee early on Monday morning. Pecans, in my opinion, are too luxurious a treat to put in baked goods; I think you could add walnuts or peanuts instead. It will still turn out delicious.
