STEP 1
Make a cone shape out of foil. Cut the sponge cake to the shape of the cone-shaped base. Fill the mold with ice cream and place in the freezer.
STEP 2
Place the ice cream on the biscuit base and remove the mold.
STEP 3
Beat the whites with powder and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Brush the ice cream with egg whites.
STEP 4
Preheat the oven to 200°C, place the ice cream in the oven for 2-3 minutes until a golden crust appears on the whites. Remove and serve immediately.
