Apricots with sugar
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Let's prepare the products. Wash the apricots thoroughly and remove the pits. Sterilize the jar.
STEP 2

Place the apricot halves into a sterilized jar and sprinkle with sugar. Shake the jar so that everything is compacted tightly.
STEP 3

Sprinkle the top well with sugar. And put it in the refrigerator for 8 hours so that the apricots release their juice.
STEP 4

This is what apricots look like after 8 hours. If there are more berries, place the pitted halves tightly in the jar to the very top.
STEP 5

Place a cloth on the bottom of the saucepan, place the jar on top and sterilize for 20 minutes. Makes two 0.5 liter jars. Then close tightly, turn over and wrap until completely cool. Store in a cool, dark place (pantry, cellar). I put it in the refrigerator and use it for filling pies))
