I made it on Saturday, I didn’t expect it to turn out so delicious. I remember when I was a child, my grandmother prepared bread kvass for us, I still remember its taste, but I can’t replicate it

But what to do if there is no Antonovka. Can I take some sweet and sour? Maybe add lemon to them and reduce sugar? I’d love to make it, but there’s a question about the ingredients. And also, is honey a prerequisite or can you vary the sugar-honey, maybe add raisins? I don’t know, but has anyone tried making it with dry yeast?
