Very interesting, I have never seen dough cut with anthill noodles before. What does this give besides the visual effect?

Do not understand the question. For as long as I can remember, anthills have been made this way. How do you make an anthill? I also know a recipe where cookies are broken and mixed with condensed milk and butter cream, then laid out in the shape of an anthill. But this is a completely different recipe.

You will laugh, but in my family the dough for an anthill is passed through a meat grinder. And all my life I thought that this is exactly what anthills do. Breaking and cutting is something new for me.
