Julienne in tartlets
To simplify the task, tartlets can be purchased ready-made in the store. Moreover, it is possible to choose their size and design. They will look neater, too. You can also buy ready-made dough for them. Or tinker a little and do everything yourself - the choice is yours.
Whichever option you choose, keep in mind that you must have fully prepared tartlets for filling. That is, if you are working with dough, then bake the baskets in the oven and cool them later. To prevent the bottom from rising into a bubble, pierce it with a fork and fill it with dry beans or peas. You can find many suitable recipes for this.
Julienne in each tartlet can be laid out in layers or mixed. And bake immediately so that the base does not have time to soften. Therefore, when choosing ready-made baskets, focus on their thickness - they should not be too thin.
The set of ingredients is usual for this dish: mushrooms, cheese, chicken fillet, onion, cream (or sour cream), salt and ground pepper. Only here you can play it safe and take not raw meat, but boiled or fried (this is better). Then baking will take even less time.
First, fry the onion, then add mushrooms to it. And chicken. Simmer until done, add salt and pepper. Place in tartlets, sprinkle with grated cheese and place in the oven for five to ten minutes. We warm it up to at least 180 degrees in advance. It may take less time, it all depends on your oven. Just watch when the cheese melts and coats the filling in a cute little cap. And the one under him will begin to rustle slightly. Plus, the tartlets will brown (usually they are sold “pale”, this is done on purpose).
