Zoe Martinez

Since childhood, the kitchen has been a magical place for me. Memories of how my grandmother cooked borscht and my mother baked pies fill my heart with warmth. Each dish became a symbol of love and care for me. As I grew older, I discovered the endless variety of cuisines around the world—the aromatic spices of Indian curries, the freshness of Mediterranean salads, and the complexity of the Japanese art of sushi. My goal is to show that cooking is accessible to everyone, and even the simplest ingredients can turn into a masterpiece. Cooking is not only about food, but also about bringing family together around the table.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Universidad de Celaya.
