Hailey Brown

Since early childhood, the kitchen has been the heart of our home. I remember my mother preparing bread, and the smell of fresh baked goods filled the room with warmth and comfort. Every family gathering began around the table, where we shared not only food, but also stories. Mozzarella from Italy, curry from India or washi-washi from Japan - each cuisine inspired and expanded my perception of the world. My goal is to show that everyone can cook, revealing the taste of life through simple and accessible recipes that bring people together, just like in childhood.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Prague Culinary Institute.
