Zucchini stewed with vegetables in a frying pan turned out very appetizing. I prepared them quickly, which is what attracted my attention to the recipe. I chopped zucchini, carrots, tomatoes, bell peppers and onions, and added a few leaves of Chinese cabbage. I put the vegetables in a frying pan, added salt, stirred, closed the lid and left to simmer for 25 minutes. I stirred everything periodically. Unfortunately, I didn’t have any rosemary, I think it would have been very flavorful. I tried the zucchini when it had cooled, I like to eat it cold, like a salad. In my opinion, the taste of vegetables in this case is revealed better. The zucchini with vegetables came out juicy and tasty, with tomato sourness and a fresh note from the bell pepper.
