Yogurt pie with berries

Delicate and very berry pie will be loved by all those with a sweet tooth! My husband once gave me a book of culinary recipes, “Cuisine of the World,” and probably hoped that I would feed him delicious food. My beloved miscalculated, I read it like a fantastic story. True, there are several recipes from Argentinean cuisine that I can reproduce. They might even taste like the originals, although I'm not sure. Food is not my thing at all. For example, this yogurt pie with berries, I like it because it is sooo easy to prepare, believe me. Everyone here loves it, and it doesn’t take long to prepare—about an hour—and is eaten quickly. I’m preparing it for the holidays, but due to its simple execution, it will soon become a “Sunday dish” for us.

An interesting recipe... You can try making it not only with yogurt, but also with kefir. If you want to experiment a little, you can use buckwheat flour instead of wheat flour. And of course, you can add any berries or fruits that you like best: strawberries, raspberries, currants, blueberries, apples, pears, plums, etc. I think it would be nice to add some dried fruits: raisins, dried apricots or dates... or nuts :)
