Thank you very much for the recipe. I just prepared this caviar. The only thing I didn’t do was according to the recipe. I added all the spices after boiling the caviar for an hour. And the vinegar only at the end of cooking. I think it will evaporate in 2 hours. But overall I really liked the taste. With this amount It turned out - 2 cans of 1 l, 6 cans of 0.5 l and 2 cans of 0.35 l. I tried it hot, I think if it sits, it will be even tastier.
