  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to brew Tibetan tea? We only need a few ingredients) Take filtered or bottled water. And be sure to boil it.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

In a separate kettle, brew black tea as usual. Just pour boiling water over it and leave for about five minutes.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

You can immediately divide the tea into portions without pouring it into one common bowl, as I did. It may be more convenient for you in portions. Strain the brew through a mesh so that no tea leaves get into the drink. I poured it into a jug. You can pour into mugs - you will need four mugs (or reduce the composition to 1-3 servings).

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Add the required amount of boiling water.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Add butter and salt to the prepared hot tea.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Whisk the tea for 5 minutes. It is very convenient to do this with a small battery-powered blender.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

It took me exactly 15 minutes to prepare the Tibetan drink with boiling, brewing and whipping. You will get this mass, beautiful color, opaque.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

You can brew green and any other tea in the same way. And to taste, add sweetener, cinnamon, lemon juice, etc. to the drink - whatever you like. Enjoy your tea party!

It took me 15 minutes to prepare the drink. 5 minutes to boil the water, 5 minutes to infuse the tea leaves, 5 minutes to whisk the butter and salt in the hot tea. Interesting taste, but you can add spices and it will be even more interesting. ))

By the way, the kettle must be removed from the heat when the first bubbles appear, and after boiling for 5 minutes, nothing alive will remain, and the tea is really good, I drank this kind, but only green

I don’t understand what “living” you are talking about? About water that is boiled? The tea in this recipe is not boiled at all, only water.

Girls, I really want to try it, but I’m worried about how my stomach will accept it. Tell us about this side of butter tea.

I repeat once again - according to the rules, water needs to be brought to a boil in a kettle until the first bubbles appear - then all useful microelements are preserved - this is the living consumption of water, but you, of course, can boil the kettle for 20 minutes - that’s also okay, but about boiling tea -I didn’t write anything, the tea itself is not boiled, of course))
