It’s great that thanks to the “my personal cookbook” service I can add such wonderful recipes. I've been looking for a similar bun recipe for so long that now I won't lose it. Previously, I would have written it on a piece of paper and lost the end, but now this recipe is in a safe place! Thank you very much, the recipe is excellent and, most importantly, not too difficult to prepare. I'll start cooking now. Is it possible to add raisins to buns? It would be interesting if there were also video recipes)

Mmm, what delicious buns! and there are no eggs in the recipe, which means it is suitable for those who are allergic to chicken protein, I want to try the recipe and share step-by-step photos

The recipe is very successful, it was the first time I made such “custard” buns, the dough is very tender, the cooking time is about 2 hours 15 minutes, but it was worth it, and the child really liked these buns. True, we have a sweet tooth, and I added twice as much sugar, but the buns fit well)

It’s clear that your buns were a success, but I’m not at all good with yeast dough, until today only one recipe was successful, that’s the only one I use, so the dough in the refrigerator fits, when I made it the first time I couldn’t believe it, but the result was worth the risk

Margo, thank you, when I read the recipe I thought it was complicated. In fact, only a couple of years ago I decided to make yeast dough myself. It seems to me that the main thing here is to take a risk and start - and then you won’t be able to drag the dough away from the process of “production” by the ears!))
