Sweet omelette with bananas

An amazing fantasy on the theme of an omelet. It's definitely worth a try! The combination of sour carambola and the herbaceous taste of bananas makes the omelette not “sweet” in the classical sense, but only slightly sweet, but those with a sweet tooth will certainly appreciate even such a deceptive option! My favorite got me this recipe. Knowing how much I love sweets, he prepared breakfast and said it was a surprise, a new recipe. That’s for sure - after all, I definitely haven’t tried a sweet omelet, but he went and found it and prepared it to pamper me.

In my youth, I cooked a sweet omelet, although without carambola, it was very tasty. Then I somehow forgot, but this is an option for children who don’t want to and have a sweet tooth. Perfect for breakfast.

I've never tried a sweet omelet, but this one really captivated me. Carambola adds some zest to the dish. Special thanks for the step-by-step photos. The recipe is presented in a very accessible way.

Omelette is a very suitable food for a small child. This recipe intrigued me because it was new. A banana is too tough for a child, but I don’t think there’s any need to rush into carambola - I’ve never tried it myself. It also seems to me that 5 eggs per glass of milk is too much, maximum 3. But this is not for everyone: who likes what consistency of omelet.
