I have loved halva since childhood. Nowadays it is very rare to come across real halva in the store that melts in your mouth. I'll definitely try to do it! I want to feel the taste from my childhood! To be honest, I didn’t even know that it could be made at home. It’s just a pity that the photo is not for this dessert, it has peanuts on it. And I really liked the site! Great cookbook idea. And then I started notebooks, and downloaded and installed culinary programs, now there is a cookbook online.

The result surprised me - it’s delicious and hard to pull off by the ears! Easy and simple to prepare: fry the seeds for 10 minutes, flour for 15 minutes, prepare the syrup for 10 minutes, grind and mix for 10-15 minutes. In total 35-50 minutes. Bon appetit everyone!!!

I also love seed halva and make it often. I just don’t add sunflower oil.
