I'm posting step-by-step photos for the recipe =) the cake turned out very tasty! True, I had to slightly change the composition of the cake, because... my husband, while I was running out to my neighbor, ate almost all the strawberries and kiwi, so I added red currants and raspberries to the cake filling instead (what he didn’t have time to eat =)). I have one wish/comment: 0.5 kg of sour cream is very little!!! You need at least 1 kg!!! And the two of us ate the cake in 2 sittings =) delicious!

For the soufflé: it is not described how much sugar should be mixed with sour cream. For such an inexperienced baker like me, it was a stupor... And it was not written that it was necessary to fill it with cream when it was immediately cooked. I prepared the cake and the soufflé at the same time. As a result, my soufflé thickened and did not saturate the entire cake, but only froze in the lower part. The cake is certainly delicious, but the description without such details let me down....
