The wings turned out to be delicious. Juicy, fragrant. A very beautiful dish. As a side dish I prepared steamed potatoes in a slow cooker and a salad of fresh vegetables. Great dinner! A 17-year-old son “sentenced” 5 wings, although he had never eaten wings before. He asked why I hadn’t cooked such a delicious dish before. I had to explain that there is such a wonderful woman MILADA, who shared this recipe on the no less wonderful website “KHRUMKA with taste”. Thank you very much EVERYONE!!! I must admit that I did not use horseradish root, but horseradish seasoning. Sold in jars and plastic bags, with and without various additives. I took it without fillers. Sprinkled the wings with red pepper. The wings and sauce were moderately spicy, just the way we like them. So, I think you can safely replace fresh horseradish with seasoning. Otherwise it’s too tedious to rub it. And it’s not always on sale, only on the market. And further. I baked the wings for 15 minutes. from each side. This way they browned evenly and didn’t dry out. And immediately poured the sauce over it without transferring it to another bowl. The sauce turned out thick, aromatic and beautiful. THANK YOU again for the recipe!
