Sorry, typo. Of course, not “squeeze”, but “cool”. Based on experience, it is better not to keep it in the freezer for long or place the container with sour cream in a bowl with ice. This is done so that the sour cream, when whipped, has as thick a consistency as possible, at least I think so. It turns out ordinary sour cream and is quick and tasty.
