STEP 1

How to make sea buckthorn juice? Prepare everything you need for this. Separate the sea buckthorn berries from the branches and sort them from the leaves. Then rinse. If some small leaves remain, there is nothing to worry about. Subsequently, everything will be filtered. If desired, sugar can be replaced with honey.
STEP 2

Grind the sea buckthorn into a puree using an immersion blender to release the juice from the berries.
STEP 3

Strain everything through a sieve to separate all the juice.
STEP 4

Place the resulting juice in the refrigerator, and transfer the berry pulp into a saucepan. Fill with water, put on fire and bring to a boil. Then remove from heat, cover with a lid and leave to stand for 10-15 minutes.
STEP 5

Now strain the berry broth and add sugar to it. Adjust the amount of sugar to your taste. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
STEP 6

Pour in the juice that we put in the refrigerator. Stir and enjoy. Due to fresh berry juice, the drink retains the maximum amount of vitamins.
STEP 7

When hot it is a healthy warming drink, and when cold it is an excellent refresher! Enjoy your treat!
