I am always delighted with recipes made from yeast dough, when you don’t have to fuss with it for half a day, but just put it in the refrigerator overnight. If you don’t believe me, check it out; it actually rises wonderfully overnight, and the baked goods turn out more airy. And I love recipes with photos even more. I've heard a lot of talk about how frozen bread is harmful! I want to assure you all that this is absolutely not true. I only order frozen bread at my cafe; the bread is excellent and has never disappointed me.
