I also love these profiteroles, only my recipe calls for 4 eggs, and I like to eat them without filling, I just sprinkle powdered sugar on top. A good recipe from the series guests on the doorstep.

I made this yesterday, but I changed the recipe. I took 3 eggs, 100 gr. butter, 1 tsp sugar and 0.5 tsp salt. My oven was great, so it immediately browned in about 10 minutes, then dried and baked for a whole hour. I made it with condensed milk. Delicious. The top is crispy and tender, there is a lot of space inside for the cream, although the oven dried out a little... The result is 12 to the author for a wonderful opportunity to pamper your loved ones.
