Puff pastry with apple

Preparing these airy puffs won’t take you much time! Since puff pastry and yeast-free dough appeared in stores, the life of housewives has become much simpler. A wide variety of culinary recipes for various foods based on it have appeared. My mother and I also breathed a sigh of relief, because now we don’t have to spend a lot of time preparing the dough, we can just go and buy it at the nearest supermarket. I know a lot about baking their puff pastry, but now I’ll tell you about, perhaps, one of the simplest recipes - puff pastry with apple.

I've been making these delicacies for a long time. It just seemed to me that half an apple wouldn’t be baked, it was too big, so I cut it into strips. sometimes I pinch it harder and they remain like little pies, sometimes lightly, then in the oven they open like flowers. I sprinkle powdered sugar on top.

Fiesta, you shouldn’t have worried) The apple bakes wonderfully. You need to cut off the peel, make deep cuts, and remove the core. It becomes soft but remains juicy. This baked apple goes well with puff pastry. If you cut the apple, it simply dries out.

Please tell me there is no need to roll out the dough? What size pie is it?
