How to make potato cake from cookies without condensed milk? Prepare the necessary ingredients for the cakes. You need simple shortbread cookies: “Anniversary”, “For tea”, “Baked milk”. Take regular cocoa, without additives. Choose high-quality butter, without milk fat substitutes, because the overall taste of the cake will depend on it. The butter must be removed from the refrigerator in advance so that it is at room temperature.
STEP 2

Grind the cookies into fine crumbs. I used a blender for this, but you can do it the old fashioned way. To do this, place the cookies in a strong plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
STEP 3

Place crushed cookies, cocoa, powdered sugar and softened butter in a deep bowl or plate.
STEP 4

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Make small oblong-shaped cakes from the resulting mass. In order for the cakes to keep their shape and not fall apart, you need to squeeze the mass as hard as possible when forming.
STEP 6

Prepare sugar and cocoa for sprinkling. The quantities given are approximate. You may need more or less cocoa and sugar. After rolling the brownies, I still had a mixture of cocoa and sugar.

Mix sugar and cocoa powder in a separate bowl.

Roll all the cakes in the cocoa and sugar mixture. Place the finished “potatoes” in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. Serve potato cake without condensed milk with tea or coffee. Bon appetit!
