I use a similar option to prepare lazy cabbage rolls. Everything is the same, except for the tomatoes and peppers, I chop the cabbage and add sour cream at the end. It turns out quickly and tasty, and the recipe is not difficult to prepare.

The recipe is very simple, tasty and most importantly affordable, after reading it I immediately wanted to try it. Only I would give this dish a different name, something like “rice with vegetables”

For this amount of rice, I add 2-3 carrots and a couple of large onions, cut the carrots into narrow cubes. Definitely delicious!
