Pies fried with green onions and yeast eggs

Organize a “belly party” for your beloved household members! “We’re having pies today!” Over the past two years, this phrase has caused unprecedented excitement in our house. In order for this belly celebration to take place, I have two ways. The first is to buy ready-made yeast dough in the store, let it rise, prepare the filling and quickly bake ruddy and fragrant pies. But I use this option when I have very little time. In the second case, I put the dough in advance. Although it turns out quite quickly. Its advantage is that you don’t have to stand in a traffic jam at the cash register after work.

A good recipe, but why is there no oil in the composition, which you need to fry in and which will consume at least 70 grams????? Why all this calorie data, calculations, analyzes??? I'm looking for a recipe based on calories, and I find this recipe!!!! But it doesn’t correspond to what I’m looking for!?

I've made some pies now! This dough is extraordinary, airy, soft, I added more flour, two glasses, because the dough spread and nothing was spoiled! Flour won't hurt. You can add salt to the filling, but I’m cooking for my daughter, so I’m not keen on salt! Thanks for the recipe! The aroma throughout the house))))
