The soup turned out to be very rich; the peas were soaked and cooked overnight. The whole soup was cooked in about 40 minutes. After soaking for a long time, the peas cook very quickly.

soup is what you need. Ordinary products, and the result is incredibly tasty. In winter, sometimes I cook pea soup, just add 1 carrot for a bright color combination and a stalk of celery for flavor. Thanks for the new recipe.

I really love pea soup. But I also add a little grated hard cheese to the hot soup before serving. Give it a try.
