My husband just loves mussels. I often prepare this dish as an appetizer with beer. Only I don’t do it as beautifully as you do. Very beautiful photos!

Like a real lazy person, I simplified the mussels recipe a little. - I put frozen mussels in the microwave; there is no need to add water, since freezing gives water. Of course, I add pepper and salt, and also add dried dill, but the latter is a matter of personal taste. It's very quick if you're making one to four servings. Well, then - like the author. Despite its simplicity, everything turns out tasty and healthy. If these mussels are served with a salad of fresh vegetables, and for dressing both mussels and salad you use soy sauce instead of salt with olive oil and lemon or lime juice, then this recipe is ideal for a balanced diet. Protein, good carbohydrates and vitamins and antioxidants. Well, this is for those who are interested in their health.

I always forget about ratings. As for the harmfulness of microwaves, this is all very frivolous, IMHO. I just have a good idea of the physics of this process.
