I also cook these cutlets, but only bake them in the oven. Mushrooms “love” butter or sour cream, so at the end of baking I put 1 teaspoon of sour cream or cream on each cutlet. Bon Appetit everyone!

The recipe calls for porcini mushrooms, the photo shows champignons. Doesn't it matter what type of mushrooms you use or is that a typo?
