It's a great idea to have a Personal Cookbook on your website. Interesting recipes to collect and use as needed. I'll add this recipe to it too. Potatoes with meat are a culinary classic. Each housewife cooks in her own way. I liked that red wine was added. I would add salt at the end of cooking and then add the bay leaf. Now with the cookbook we cook deliciously and don’t “rack our brains” about what to cook.
