Judging by his face, this is the best adjika of his life) There is nothing to add according to the recipe, I tried it myself, the dish is complete. The only thing is that I didn’t put it through a meat grinder, but with a device, it cuts finely, and then through a meat grinder. Thanks for the recipe!
