Homemade Nutella chocolate spread
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make Nutella chocolate spread at home? Prepare your ingredients. I add more sugar because almost everyone in my family has a sweet tooth. Measure flour and cocoa with a heaped spoon. You can use more flour if you want a thicker paste, but I advise you to experiment carefully, adding flour a little at a time. You can prepare a small test portion, and next time adjust the thickness of the paste, i.e. amount of flour to your taste.
STEP 2
In a saucepan, combine sugar, flour, cocoa powder and a pinch of salt. The article on saucepans, link at the end of the recipe, will help you choose the ideal soup pot.
STEP 3
Pour in milk in small portions, stirring constantly. Place the mixture on the fire and, stirring, bring to a boil.
STEP 4
Grind the hazelnuts using a blender.
STEP 5
Once the mixture comes to a boil, add the butter and chopped nuts.
STEP 6
Mix everything thoroughly, bring to a boil again and cook for another 2-3 minutes. The mass should thicken well. The cooking time is approximate, you may need a little more or less - focus on the consistency of the mass.
STEP 7
Pour the paste into a suitable container and let it cool. Serve homemade chocolate Nutella spread on your morning toast or pancakes. Bon appetit!
