    Prepare all ingredients. In this recipe we only need egg yolks.

    Separate the whites from the yolks, combine the egg yolks with sugar and beat with a mixer at medium speed until the sugar is completely dissolved.

    Pour in vodka in a thin stream and, without stopping, beat with a mixer at low speed. The result should be a homogeneous liquid without sugar crystals. We pour the finished liqueur into the bottle in which we will serve it, and immediately serve it to the table.
