Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
So, we take one kg of fresh frozen herring. These are four medium-sized things. If it’s large, then three. Gut it, remove the fillet, skin it and wash it.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling: 150 ml of water

Then pour this filling over the fish and onions, cover with a lid and leave on the table for several hours (at room temperature). Then put it in the refrigerator overnight. It is best to prepare this snack in a container with a vacuum sealed lid.
