So I got to the beam. Thinly sliced the onion, put it in a bag, added flour and shook it well. Then I fried it in batches (so that the onions were evenly fried). Placed on a paper towel to remove excess oil. At the end I added a little salt and mixed everything well. It turned out SOOO DELICIOUS! I love onions in any form, and especially fried ones, I like to just put them on bread like a sandwich. For me, fried onions are already a universal seasoning for almost any dish. This is a lifesaver seasoning that will add a bright taste to any side dish.
