Everyone loves and prepares eggplant rolls stuffed with different fillings. I really love nuts, so I decided to wrap a nut filling - sauce - in the middle of the eggplant circles. I tried to prepare this dish several times and finally found the most suitable option for myself in terms of the content of ingredients. Now I present it to you. These roll canapés look very good on a festive table. The taste is reminiscent of a buttery nut mass, and the garlic gives its own subtle thread of delicacy, the greens beautifully tint the color, and all together it pleases our stomach.
