This is our favorite Crazy cake :). We make it all the time, but I cut the cake into layers and coat it with semolina cream or make a simple chocolate fudge from cocoa, vegetable oil and water. And sometimes I bake a cake not with water, but with soy milk. The taste is amazing, the cake is soft-soft and tender-tender. That's it, it's decided, I'm baking!!! I couldn’t resist and made a quick glaze for the cake using cocoa, sugar, vegetable oil and water. I really love this chocolate cake, but I cook it without baking powder, but with baking soda and apple cider vinegar. I mix the ingredients separately, dry and separately, liquid. I don’t know if this is important :), but this is exactly what the Americans do. They also have a cake similar to this one - Brownie. Everything took a little over an hour.

Thanks for the photos. The frosting looks great on the cake. I do it without all the bells and whistles, but there is a lot of room for ideas. You can make cream from semolina porridge using juice and layer the cake. Everything is done very simply. But the main thing is always very tasty.

Thank you! The cake turned out delicious, the guests liked it, but for some reason it fell apart when I pulled it out of the frying pan, so I served the broken pieces to the guests. They say there is some secret how to make sure that cakes without eggs do not fall apart. I wish I could find out...
