Dried fruit compote in a slow cooker

This excellent compote is rich in vitamins and is good for digestion! I often cook dried fruit compote in a slow cooker. In general, the multi is my favorite kitchen appliance))

I’ve been using this cute gadget for a long time, but I’ve never cooked dried fruit compote in a slow cooker. For the 2 liters of water suggested by the author, I took less dried fruit: dried apples and pears, 40g each (I have them homemade, practically dried to stone), dried apricots and prunes, 80g each. I didn't add raisins or sugar. Cooked on the “stew” function for 1 hour. The compote turned out delicious, sweet and sour!

A very tasty compote, and most importantly, you don’t have to watch so that it doesn’t boil over))) But for my taste, 2 cups of sugar is too much, but I just have a small one
