Decoupage Easter eggs with napkins
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

The number of eggs in the recipe is random. You can use less quantity or take more of them. To prepare, we will need the eggs themselves, bright paper napkins with beautiful designs, nail scissors, a paint brush and glitter if desired.
STEP 2

If you use eggs from the refrigerator, then you need to fill them with cold water and put them on low heat so that the water heats up gradually (this helps ensure that the shell remains intact and does not crack). When the contents of the pan heat up, you can turn the heat to maximum, bring the water to a boil, then reduce the stove to medium and cook the eggs for about 15-20 minutes. Drain the water and cool the eggs.
STEP 3

Prepare everything else. Cut out fragments from napkins using small scissors. These can be flowers, hearts, twigs, birds and so on.
STEP 4

Typically napkins have three or four layers. We need to separate the top layer with the pattern from the rest, this is what we will need in the future.
STEP 5

Break one raw egg and separate the white from the yolk. We will need protein, it will be a kind of food glue.
STEP 6

Attach the drawing to the egg. Dip a dry brush into egg white, and then pass the brush over the paper flower on the egg (as in the photo). It is not recommended to pass over the same place several times; a thin napkin may tear or bunch up.
STEP 7

Do this with all the eggs and cut material. Leave the eggs so that the whites dry on napkins (this will take about 5 minutes).
STEP 8

At this point you can complete the decoration, or you can further decorate the eggs with glitter that matches the color of the pasted fragments. You can use glitter on liquid glue.
STEP 9

Or dry glitter, which can be glued to the drawing using the same protein.
STEP 10

Leave the eggs again until the drawing dries. Our beauty is ready!
