I really love custard pies. A minimum of effort, a minimum of products, and the effect is amazing. True, from my own experience, I was convinced that it is better to mix eggs into the dough with your hands; it is a little tight for a mixer. And I bake for 35-40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees; if you bake for less time, there is a danger of the dough falling off. But the cream was a discovery for me; I urgently need to make one.
