Taking into account cleaning the nuts and washing the dishes, it took about 2 hours. I have both round shapes, I’m sure this is not important. I greased the molds with oil and sprinkled them with semolina. The cakes were baked in about 12 minutes. I simply tore the finished cake into pieces with my hands and placed them on the bottom cake, without dipping each one in cream, but thickly smearing the cream on top of the entire structure. I took 1 teaspoon of soda instead of 2, because... I smell soda strongly in the finished products.
