I was interested in the recipe for its ease and speed of preparation. I’ve tried cooking this type of cake in the microwave more than once before, following instructions from another culinary site, but this option is slightly different. I also made some changes: I added rice flour, much less sugar and 10 percent fat cream instead of milk (it took 2-2.5 tablespoons more than the specified amount for one serving). Accordingly, it took about 2 tablespoons more flour to knead the dough with a not too liquid consistency. I didn’t pour anything into a separate bowl - I immediately set the dough to cook for 3 minutes, covering it with a napkin. I think that milk can be replaced with sour cream if desired, since for the most part it only acts as an ingredient that holds the other parts together. It turned out very tasty - all lovers of baked goods with a bright chocolate aroma will definitely love this dish! The finished cupcake was decorated with tangerine slices and cinnamon.
