Creamy cake with flowers

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Mix cream and powdered sugar to taste for the future cream.
STEP 2
Beat until the consistency is such that the cream does not fall off the spoon. Divide the cream into two parts in a ratio of 2/3 and 1/3 parts. Mix a smaller part with dye to achieve the desired color. Divide the colored part into two parts in the same ratio. Mix a smaller portion with white cream to obtain approximately the same amount of medium-colored cream as dark cream. Separate some of the white cream to assemble the cake, and put the rest in the refrigerator.
STEP 3
Cut off the top of the biscuits.
STEP 4
The biscuits are ready. You can start assembling the cake.
STEP 5
Place a spoonful of cream on the cake stand.
STEP 6
Glue the first biscuit onto this cream and coat the top with cream.
STEP 7
Do the same with all the biscuits in turn and coat the resulting pie with cream on all sides.
STEP 8
You can start decorating with cream flowers. Fill a decorative bag with dark cream and use a star tip to draw a row of flowers one after another in a circular motion on the side of the bottom sponge cake.
STEP 9
Do the same with the lighter cream and the middle sponge cake!
STEP 10
And in the same way, now decorate the top sponge cake with white flowers using a bag and a nozzle.
STEP 11
In the same way, draw a row of white flowers on the top surface of the cake from the outside.
STEP 12
And a row of medium colored flowers on the inside.
STEP 13
Now you can either serve the delicious and beautiful cake right away or refrigerate it before serving! Bon appetit and drinking tea!
