Peel the potatoes.

Cut into slices. Place on a sieve to drain the water and dry the potatoes.

Heat the oil. Place the potatoes on a wire rack and place in oil for 10 minutes.
STEP 4
Salt the finished potatoes, sprinkle with paprika and mix well.
STEP 5
