Concentrated mint drink
A delicious, light, calming drink for the evenings. Recipe for a kitchen machine. Can be cooked in a slow cooker.
Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 20 mins
STEP 1
Prepare the ingredients, wash the lemon and mint.
STEP 2
Place sugar in a bowl and fill with half the total volume of water.
STEP 3
Set the heat mode to 50C and rotation speed 3 for 3 minutes. Add the washed mint.
STEP 4
Peel the lemon and cut into pieces.
STEP 5
Set the heat mode to 90C and speed 5 for 3 minutes. Add the rest of the water and run the heat mode to 90C and speed 5 for 3 minutes.
STEP 6
Strain the resulting drink through a sieve. Pour into glasses or cups. Have a pleasant and warm evening!
