I found cherries and gooseberries, and I decided to make this jam from them. Long, of course, but! - put it on a pan of boiling water - and that’s it! Nothing burns, I just stir it from time to time. The berries were cooked until jam-like for about 3 hours, but they required virtually no attention. It turned out a little sour, but still not bad as a dessert.

There are a lot of people who don’t like sweets and just this version of jam is the way out of the situation, but you can use any berries and fruits, for example - oranges))), or raspberries, or whatever - all fruits and berries are just a godsend, I don’t really like sweets either!
