I did everything as written in the recipe. The dough did not bake in 35 minutes. The cake was baked for about an hour. It’s too bad that the author doesn’t write the optimal temperature for baking. I didn’t like the recipe, the description is not complete. In general, the cookbook itself is simply superb! A video on working with the book clearly demonstrates the work, which saves a lot of time. I've been looking for something like this for a long time. No need to copy anything, create a million bookmarks in your browser, everything is in one place. Saves a lot of time. The only thing I would like to do is make my recipe folders look like a list. But overall, the electronic cookbook is very convenient, thanks to the creators!

Unfortunately, I don't have a working oven thermometer, so I didn't indicate the temperature. I preheat the oven and then reduce the heat to low to medium. Usually I bake the cake in 35-40 minutes, no more. It’s amazing how you did it so quickly, I only posted the recipe last night.
