Cheesy 15 Minute Breakfast Flatbreads were a breakfast addition. Of course, they take a little longer to prepare than 15 minutes, but the result is worth it. The dough for the flatbreads turned out to be very tender, soft and pliable. I needed 400 grams of flour. I used 3.2 percent kefir at room temperature. After kneading, I left the dough to “rest” for 10 minutes. To be honest, I didn’t specifically measure out the ingredients for the filling, but just eyeballed everything. I took sausage cheese and a small piece of Russian cheese with it. Instead of sour cream I added mayonnaise. From the greens I added finely chopped dill and green onions. The flatbreads turned out rosy, beautiful, and filling. The sausage cheese added a nice flavor to the filling. The finished cakes are very fluffy and soft. From the suggested amount of ingredients I got 16 small flatbreads. Thank you very much for the recipe!
