I'm very glad I found this recipe. I'll definitely add it to my cookbook so I don't lose it. It will fit right into the theme of children's dishes and the theme of vegetable dishes. I'm just putting together a selection of vegetarian dishes on my profile. My daughter is 9 months old. She is just trying complementary foods, but she really loves exactly what mom and dad eat. So the carrot cutlets went with a bang. There are a lot of recipes on the site, but sometimes there is confusion in the sections. For example, the vegetarian section offers sandwiches with sausage. It’s very good that all the recipes can be conveniently put into their own folders in the Personal Cookbook. You can even create a menu based on the days of the week.

Tatiana, thanks for the recipe! Delicious, sweet cutlets turned out like a casserole. I crushed the carrots in a blender. Next time I'll try adding raisins. I'll have to try the cutlets with herbs and garlic - it'll be very interesting to see what happens.
