I baked Sancho Pancho cake with bananas. I made biscuit dough, usually I don’t add baking powder, but this time I added it, but not 2 teaspoons, like the author, but one. I baked a sponge cake, cut it into two cake layers, and cut one cake into pieces. I coated the bottom cake with sour cream, placed banana rings on it (I had one, cut it thinner, just enough to cover the cake), and placed pieces of sponge cake on the banana layer, first dipping each one in sour cream. The top of the cake was covered with a mesh of melted chocolate. My cake soaked at room temperature for about 4 hours. Very tasty, a pleasant combination of sweet (in moderation) biscuit with delicate sour cream with a slight sourness. Thanks to the author for the recipe!
